Buff-breasted Sandpiper at Davidstow 18th Sept 2017.

This North American wader dropped in to Davidstow airfield along with a flock of Dunlin.

This site is a regular for this species which seems to get whipped across the North Atlantic regularly each year.

Very noticeable how the colours change with the different light temperature, the first ones were in good evening sunlight but the last one was later when the sun had gone!
